Can you put a new info section after your friends section on myspace?

I know the code to just make a NEW INFORMATION SECTION and stuff, but is there ANY WAY that I can put that section after my top friends on my profile???

you can also contact myspace, using the form at this link

select profile design as the topic , then html/backgrounds/inserting as the subtopic
