She didn't of course. If you're going to make things up you need to consult the Republican Smear Tactic Handbook. They will teach you how to construct a lie by taking something out of context and twisting the meaning. But the main component is first having a credible source from which to cherry pick. Then it has to be "almost" believable. This failed miserably.

EDIT: And just where did you read this? If it's true, then you should be able to provide the evidence. If not, it remains a b.s. smear piece of garbage.
