had a real sturdy snow some month in the past, now its too chilly to snow, there is not any moisture left interior the air. Are you kidding me? I live in South Carolina. We NEVER get snow. Half an inch means school and work are called off!

no i live in the uk and where i live i am lucky if we get 3 inches in a year...sometimes it does not snow for a couple of years here
