Above is the official Jack Daniels Distillery web site.
The tour is very interesting, involves lots of walking and climbing stairs. My wife has MS and was capable of making the walk. I had to carry her walker up and down the stairs, but we enjoyed it.
Contrary to one poster, no one gets to sample the product made there. The county the distillery is located in is dry, you may not purchase alcoholic products in this county, but under a special license, from the state of Tennessee, you may purchase specially bottled Jack Daniel products after your tour. You may not consume these products on the grounds of the distillery.
The drive there is very interesting and parking is limited. We drove there last year in a 36' motorhome, towing a Saturn auto behind us, and found parking, so you should also be able to. Give yourself plenty of time to tour the town also.
There are several web sites devoted to Jack Daniels, just type that in you search enginenand look them over.
Enjoy, we did

Nope. It's free.
But, just for reference sake, if you're hanging out there...Lynchburg is in a dry county.
A bit ironic perhaps, but true.

No but you have to be of drinking age to sample the wares. I believe it is 15 in Tennessee.
