I struggle with this all the time.

This is a good question and kind of hard to answer. I rule out the trolls, then I rule out answers that are 1 or 2 words. I look at humor, knowledge and love for your girl Shrunken Fro.

If there are several that I like, I will usually go with the first good answer. Otherwise you can leave this to vote and get someone else to do your work for you, lol.

Tough one. If several of my contacts have answered and they are all good answers, I look for something that tells me about them, or that makes me laugh. OR someone I am flirting with at the moment - LOL

I GENERALLY ASK LIGHT-HEARTED QUESTIONS, SOME TOUGH ONES. I LIKE TO ENJOY MYSELF, SOMETIMES IT MAYBE THE FUNNIEST,THOUGHTFUL, OR MOST COMPLETE ANSWER. WHICHEVER I FEEL THE ANSWER MEETS THE REQUIRMENTS AT THAT TIME. IF THERE ARE 2 & THEY ARE SERIOUS Q's I GIVE IT TO THE 1st RESPONDER. IF THERE ARE A BUNCH OF GOOD FUNNY-ONES, I WRITE DOWN #'s, PUT INTO MY HAT & DRAW!! CAN'T GET ANYMORE DEMOCRATIC THAN THAT!!
THEN EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE, "I DO AS I DANG WELL PLEASE!!"............LOL..HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY/NIGHT!!

it depends on the questions i ask.
if i'm asking for specific information, the one that gives it to me(more detail the better) will get best answer
if i'm asking a silly question, then the one who makes me laugh the most, gets best answer
if i'm asking an opinion question, then whoever brings up point that i haven't thought of before will get best answer!
i'm appreciative for anyone that answers my questions and i give everyone a thumbs up. no matter if i like or disagree with their answer!!

If its a serious question i like to chose the answer that i think was just plain nice to the person while answering the question!

If it's a serious question - I go with my heart & who I feel was the most sincere.But if it's something silly - I look for wit, humor & creativity.
