This is the only explanation, after all any Democrat who disagrees with Bush on any issue clearly wants the terrorists to win so does the same go for Republicans?

Still waiting for an explanation of my "flawed logic," oh that's right you don't have one

Yes it is sad that I need an explanation, but notice how you didn't provide one...what's that, you can't? I'm so sorry!

No. They are distancing themselves from Bush to try to save their political career.

This is sarcasm? Right ? Irony ? Hard to believe anyone would actually have this opinion.
My take is : Those Republicans who voted to overide hate the fascist " Amerika " that the conservative " true believers" have been creating here. For all you Bush-bots out there:
you should get out more often. Talk to folks.

This bill is a waste of money, an attack on our scarce water source, and made to help a handful of welfare queens who happen to be too wealthy already. Do some reading and you will discover that the Army Corps of Engineers is known for wasting billions for dubious reasons. How many years, how many people have spent years fighting this horrible bill. It is possible to be part of the loyal opposition without being an enemy of the US.

Apparently, everyone seems to "hate America" every once in awhile. But it can be fixed with a American flag lapel pin and a yellow ribbon magnet! And every thing could be forgiven!

No.
They just love their jobs.
They know that if they keep giving their constituents a healthy dose bread and circuses, they will continue to get elected.

I hope you are smart enough to recognize your own flawed logic. But if you are a liberal, you can't recognize flawed logic, since most of your opinions are based on your twisted version of reality.
Liberals, for some strange reason, sympathize with murderers on death row, but not for their victims, or even innocent babies who are aborted.
The same twisted logic makes them sympathetic to terrorists who want to kill Americans or destroy our country.

Once you understand that hypocrisy doesn't have any meaning to Republicans, these things won't be so puzzling.
