I think you're asking how to make 25 mL of 1M NaOH solution.

Atomic weights: Na=23 O=16 H=1 NaOH=40

Let the NaOH solution be called S.

25mLS x 1molNaOH/1000mLS x 40gNaOH/1molNaOH = 1g NaOH

Weigh out 1g NaOH on the scale. Pipet 25 mL H2O into a beaker. Add the NaOH and stir with a glass rod. Because even the purest NaOH(s) reacts with atmospheric CO2 to form Na2CO3 impurity, it's never possible to make the solution "accurately." What you must do is make it as best you can, then standardize the solution by titrating against a standard acid like potassium acid phthalate.

1 mole of NaOH is 40g

1 Molar solution = 40g of NaOH per 1000ml of water

so fo 25 ml you need 1 gram of NaOH dissolved in 25 mls of water
