As far as passwords are concerned, I generally use a variation on only three, I only have one pin number to remember, so that's easy. I almost never write this kind of information down anywhere, just in case, because I don't want the information to end up in the wrong hands.

I remember most of them, and I don't have an incredible memory, I have a patter I use that I'll share with you.
But, just in case yes, I do write them down, all in one place, and in one location in my planner.
tips:
most passwords to be protected well suggest a combo of numbers and letters right?
have a set pattern of numbers and letters you use for all of your passwords, then either the begining, middle or end have 1 or 2 numbers you change.
example:
email- 99FreedomB2
membership- 99FreedomB3
something else- 99FreedomB7
You can make it more complex that this, but you get the idea.
that way you know the base, which is protected well, but you know the tag that is changed and you just memorize the tags for each account.
you can use this for security to protect your belongings and still have a simple way to remember.

John, For the most part, I remember them. Like I have certain (same) passwords for certain (same) PINs. I just have to use the same passwords as I type in the PIN and vice versa, that corresponds with each one unless the computer asks if I want it (the computer) to remember them. Kapeesh?

I have a secure file that requires a single password to get into. It contains all my sites, ids, and passwords.
I wish I could make them all the same but I keep running across sites that want you to use their password or they require a number and a letter. Some allow an ID and others want an email address. You can't be consistent.

I know this is not smart but all of my passwords are the same same with my pin #s. Where I work we have to change our passwords every 3 months so mine is then entered backwards. It keeps my brain from imploding from to many things to remember.

I use an encrypted database tool. It has one master password which I make complex and strong. I keep a copy of the database distributed on the different computers I use. As I now have approximately 75 passwords it makes life much easier.

i attempt to maintain any and all passwords comparable if no longer the comparable. Create them so no one would have a clue, and don't have faith all and sundry with them, so there is not any longer questionable themes. And make your reminder hint answer basically your know-how.Pin numbers would desire to be possibly a fond formative years date, first kiss ...12 months of first automobile. And crayola makes markers that are invisible till they're lined with yet another of the colors. stupid regardless of if it is going to shop an somewhat sturdy secret.wish this helps ,take care.
