Good LORD! You'd have to go back to caveman times....I'm sure some caveman or cavewoman antagonized some other caveperson, and they eventually came to blows...in fact, they probably came to blows a lot sooner than we would today, seeing as how they were far less evolved, and had far fewer reasoning and problem-solving skills.

Physical violence has been around since the dawn of humanity... And actually before that if you want to include the natural physical violence involved in basic survival.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for but the one I think to be the first is when Cain rose up and slew his brother able. Violence has been around forever.
