you are stressing yourslef out whil ein bed...stress will kill your sex drive. you need to be comfortable with your partner. if you are feeling insecure, relay that to your partner, let her try and put you at ease. it is all mental i believe...you may want to see a psychiatrist who can give you an ant-anxiety pill or something or at least talk out your problems. good luck!

The nocturnal erections are due to the highest testosterone levels in the blood increasing during the night. It's a normal physiological event. The fact your libido is tending to come down at 34 years isn't very normal and you should check your daily testosterone levels by a specific exam.
