sexual side effects are common with cymbalta, you may want to discuss a different medication with your doctor.

It probably is, Cymbalta has a side effect of sexual dysfunction and it is fairly common. You'll have to talk to whoever told you to start taking Cymbalta and see what suggestions they have and if they could switch you to a different med that won't give you those side effects. Good luck!

What a vicious circle. Cant orgasm, so you get depressed and take Cymbalta. Feel better and want to have sex, but cant orgasm and get depressed....

Yes, it's called anorgasmia and it's a known side effect.

You might want to see if your doctor can prescribe a different medication. I have that problem with Zoloft, but it's not as bad as what you're describing.

YES! of course! get off those mind-controlling drugs, they only mask the problem, not fix it.

You must change your diet and get out and exercise. Cut yourself off from anything negative and any problems that make you "depressed" Make some new friends, take up a new hobby.

Make a change! It's up to YOU, not your supposed doctor.

That drug dries up your semen and sperm, most anti-depressant drugs do that because it is believed that depression is not helped by having sexual tension.

Yes it is. Stop taking it after you tell your Dr. You might have to step down off it.
