I'm looking to get a running back and/or wide reciever, but I don't know who to trade and who to get. My running backs are
Leon Washington, Laurence Maroney, Frank Gore, and Marion Barber. My wide receivers are Anquan Boldin, Coles, Lee Evans, Donte Stallworth, Jerry Porter, and Mushin Muhammad. Any suggestions are welcome.

Find someone who is weak at RB and offer Maroney and Barber for 1 good RB in return
Or someone weak at WR and offer any 2 of Evans, Coles, Stallworth or Muhammed for 1 good WR.
You don't have anyone great, but you have some depth, so try to find another owner with not a lot of depth and offer them a couple players for one of their good ones.
