I doubt they cheated, I'm not a colts fan but Dungy seems like an honest man.

Probably not, but who cares? The Pats won, so let's put this thing to rest.

I don't understand what you mean by Patriot fans using this an excuse if they lose in Foxboro though. If they do lose a game to the Colts or anyone else in Foxboro this year, how would the crowd noise in Indianapolis in a previously played game enter into it?

First off, I would like to see exactly what the rule says.
Second, I believe the "investigation" clears the matter up so no, they didnt cheat. The imaginary, unamed security guard was just a fame seeker and if he exist he is/should be unemployed at this point. And again if he exist, he would not be any part of the Colts organization but an employee of a contract company hired by the RCA Dome, not the Colts

tabi - have any of those accusations been confirmed. And those previous accusations could be the entire basis for the Pats makin them.

The colts clearly got caught pumping noise into the dome... all you ever hear about is how incredibly loud the dome is.. players say it, commentaters say it, coaches say it, and fans who have been to games say it... and then they sheepishly say "well its not really that loud, CBS just adds sound to the broadcast to make it seem that way"... are you kidding me????!! people who have actually been in the stadium say it is ridiculously loud... it IS loud.. so why would CBS need to add fake volume when you can hardly hear the field noise anyway...

It doesnt take much thinking to realize that the colts absolutely did get caught piping in artificial noise...Anyone who accepts the excuse that it was CBS's fault is clearly just accepting that because they dont want to believe that there is some shady business going on in the colts organization

No, I don't think they did. I noticed that glitch when watching the game, but until I hear a version from a different source, I believe that was just an issue with the CBS feed.

And this is from a Pats fan. The Pats need no excuses when they are proving themselves on the field.

Yo why you still bringin this up? It's over... What do you mean an excuse if they lose in Foxboro? Your not making sense... If the Patriots lose in Foxboro in the AFC championship game we willl bring up the Crowd noise thing? Hardly doubt it....

This question is pointless...

well the league says no but the announcers during the game say yes but its all good cuz the refs were helping indy out in that game left and right with those pass interfernce calls also we have a game tape now on the colts so we wont lose last year are team wasnt healthy and we didnt have a number 1 reciever now we have 3 so its a dif team and much stronger one

Do people not realize that the Pats are not the 1st to accuse the Colts of this?

*Edit: Guns this says the Steelers and other teams(informally) have... http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21639328

Also I am not saying that I believe it. I am just wondering why everyone keeps acting like the Pats are the only ones accusing them of it.

Billy boy calling someone a cheater, ha! Not only is he dark but know we believe he has the tendency to project his own flaws onto others. i.e if I'm a cheater, everyone else must be a cheater too.

This sounds like what the Minn. Twins used to do. turning on the fans when their team was at bat, then turning them off when the other team batted
