the heater in my room & a couple others is broken so its freezing, lol we considered heating bowls of water is the microwave and leaving them around the room..also if i had my blow drier i could leave it on but i lost it. yes, this sounds so homeless but its realllllly cold! any tips..?

If this is college I would suggest on talking to one of the head people and they should fix it. They have maintenace workers. You can always get a good electric heater. That is all I know======

You need to let you dormintory care taker be aware of the problem You are paying for this room. Winter is up on us soon. If tey do not comply go to the campus director. If all fails jut stop paying for your room and see if that gives you action. Good luck. I used to live in a dorm until I graduated. So I know this is a way to go.

Buy a ceramic space heater. You can pick one up for about $50 at a Wal-Mart.
