Hey Daisymae!
We go to church first together and then we come home and we hold hands in a BIG circle and pray (to remind us what Christmas is all about) and then eat. This is where we get strange: We all bring and elephant gift to put under the tree for who ever name we pick for our real gift and then we open them one by one and horse laugh! Then we play Christmas bingo ( I buy a bunch of dollar store stuff that I think each would like) and we all pick a number from a cup, and then as we get the Bingo we get a grab bag and so on. If you have a number higher than the other person you can take there grab bag gift which you know what it is, and it is funny! Then we exchange our real gift. We play a cool Christmas CD a girl made for my son and it has all kinds of old great Christmas songs on it and it is just so fun!

A bit early but mine is Home made Christmas Cake Home made Christmas Pudding A proper roast turkey dinner on Christmas lunch followed by a big Christmas tea. A real tree with the same decorations as every year with one new one as well as chocolate coins. reading A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens same as every year since I was 11. And spending time stuffed full of food with my beautiful wife and 3 kids. As I'm a Policeman Christmas also means fighting with drunken idiots and going to domestics involving families who can't stand each other being cooped up all day together. Also for 15 out of the last 18 Christmas' it means being at work.

The men usually watch a little football and the ladies drink
apple martinis and gab. Not too much football though as we all spend hours talking, cooking, laughing, looking at pictures,
maybe going for a swim in my daughter's heated pool or we
get in the hot tub and play with the kiddies and their new games etc. We also take a lot of pictures.

Board games and card games. Only football here is the Super Bowl, and that's just for the party.

the guys watch football, I watch basketball.
Before the game if the grand kids want to play I will do that.
The older girls chit chat and have a drink or two and if the conversation is good, before the game, I also join in there.

We do both, we play games and watch football. We do a lot of different things, it depends on who's there and which person's house we're at.

Both. Depends on where we are. Football is always in the background during the holidays.

We play board games but I really don't know why! There is one person in my family (you know who you are) who HAS to win and gets really upset when he doesn't. Voices get louder and louder. It used to irritate but now we have a little conspiracy going and wind him up just for fun. He hasn't caught on yet
