i suppose all children r different, my daughter developed a better sleep pattern when see was 6 months old. from the age of 6 months she slept alot more of a night and what i can remember she had two sleeps within the day. when they get around the age of 7 months they are the most wonderful little things with their little personality........u have all the joy to look forward to....good luck!

There is no set age when they start sleeping through the night. My 5 month old slept 6+ hrs at a time since the day I brought her home. I just keep her on a set routine. (no naps or sleeping after 7Pm) then she goes to bed at 9:30 or 10 and sleeps till at least 6 am. I feed her a pretty big meal (rice cereal and fruits or veggies and a bottle) at 8:00pm giving her a full tummy to sleep with!~

About now! My daughter was about 7 weeks when she started sleeping 6 hours through the night, awoke in the morning and was quickly put back to sleep for 2 hours and then would wake up about 8 in the morning, take her first nap at about 10-12 and another nap at 3-5 and then go to bed later that night.
