You sound like a perfectionist, and/or you've had important people in your life that have told you or treated you as though you're not good enough. You are responsible for your own happiness, so try to figure out the things about yourself you think are not good enough. Then figure out if there's something you can do about each one to improve. Then try to change the things you can, and stop beating yourself up about the things you can't. I don't know how old you are now, but things will get better as you get older. Everyone wants to be loved for what they are, and I hope you can find at least one person in your life that can do that. If you're current mentality is causing you a lot of sadness and/or anger, get some professional help.

I wrote this some time ago. I hope it helps.
In My Heart, I feel Joy.
In My Mind I see potential.
In My Actions I see virtue.
In My Soul I experience peace.
In My Life I have purpose.
In My Dreams I make a Difference.
In My Day, I am useful.
In all things, I am Level.
In touching others, I make contact.
In leading a chorus, I can influence.
In passing time, I am tranquil.
In breathing, I am fulfilled.
In changing, I am dynamic.
In visions, I aspire.
In the beginning I was ignorant.
In this time I have a goal.
In the future, I am...
In the past, remember.
In this day, live.
In tomorrow, believe.
In Reality... I am Me.

"I Am."
"...you must place your hand firmly within the hand of God. *You* must place your hand there willingly. You must permit it to nestle there with the comfort of a trusting child. And you must not let go because you cannot see the far upper reaches of the arm of God extending through the mists of human maya and delusion."
"Beloved ones, there is no need for complication, there is no need for extensive exercises if one will but consciously drink in the all-enfolding radiance of his own mighty I AM Presence."
More wisdom and application along these lines is given in "Climb the Highest Mountain," Mark Prophet, "Men in White Apparel" and "Watch Your Dreams," Ann Ree Colton, "Man, Master of His Destiny," O. You have 5 words, four of which have an opposite and one is a negation that may be omitted.
You'll not do it in one step. Try these - one a week.
I am as good as the next man.
I have a unique set of abilities.
In some ways, I am better suited than the next man.
I am good enough.
I am good.
I am.

It will take more than an affirmation to raise your self-esteem. I suggest some professional counseling. And kid, there are no great minds here among your peers; they are as lost as you seem to be. It's time for some professional counseling. Trust me on this one.

Tell yourself when someone or something makes you feel low...
"I can only be made to feel inferior if I give my permission. And I don't give you my permission."
That way you are in control.
Good luck.
