last month the day before I ovulated our condom broke, I always get my period on the 6th, I got my period this month on the 2nd it was very spotty and not at all like a normal period and would come and go, I still have it here and there not once needing anything more than a panty liner, it has been 6 days mine never lasts any longer than 3. could I be pregnant?

If your period has really never been like this before then it does makes sense to check it out with a doctor as there could be a number of less daunting explanations. At least you will put your mind at rest either way, its way better than speculating!

You should go to the doctor. An HPT would be to early to take. Sounds like a very odd period. You might be pregnant. Hopefully you get the answer you want.

Usually bleeding = period = not pregnant. Take a home pregnancy test. If it's negative, that should confirm you are not pregnant. I'm pregnant with #2 and never had spotting with either pregnancy.

If you had unprotected sex (even by accident) and you are not on birth control, there is always the possibility of being pregnant. Only a blood or urine test will tell you the answer to your question.

I hate when people ask questions like could I be pregnant....? How the hell would we know. The only way to find out is to take a pregnancy test (prefereably blood work).
