Please take a look at this picture of Jewel last night at the CMA's. What the hell is going on here?

the silicone in her implants is shrinking and hardening Or it could be Capsular Contracture. When scar tissue surrounds the implant the "capsule" (scar tissue) becomes too tight and squeezes the implant.
Oh, and her teeth haven't been touched by an orthodontist..clearly her trademark right canine is still there.

Celebs are always getting photographed like it or not, maybe thay caught her off gaurd and she couldn't fix 'em or maybe she has bad boobs (if there is such a thing).
Think about, how did you look when rolled outta bed and went to get the paper off the front lawn SNAP-SNAP, SNAP pics being taken of you and sold to the tabloids in 24 hours. How would you feel?

Jewel has had work done to her teeth.
I remember when she first came on
the scene. I was afraid the correcting
front teeth work would affect the way
she sang. But her Dentist did a good
job, and she still sang great.

oh that's a good laugh, thanks I needed that! I'd have to say that's bad photoshop editing on the photographer end, how many other celebs probably look like that and get it photo-edited.

She is attempting to push up things which are not very large, to make them look larger than they are...and it didn't work. Also, what is wrong with her TEETH???
