i have been searching for this song i heard on the radio.?

the songs starts accoustic. it had a great melody and an amazing chord proggression. it then burst into a mind blowing base line. all i remeber of the lyrics is it had something to o with new orleans....help me out!!!! its driving me nuts...the song sounded like it was fromt he late 70's a mix of classic rock and funk...i heard it on the alice cooper radio show

it also had an amazing bridge section featuring a crazy guitar solo...extremely fast
