I think I would do it at home have like a schedule for drop off and pick up times and somebody can drop off their gifts and have them ready the next day. Can somebody give me any suggestions. I love to wrap presents and I know there is a lot of people that hate to do this.

I don't know how comfortable I would be dropping off my just-purchased new items at a stranger's home to have them wrap them - nobody would be touching them until the holiday, and what if my loved ones opened the present only to find a box with a worthless item in it, and the gift-wrapper was long gone?

I'm not saying you would do this - I'm saying that because there are people out there who would, I don't think I would avail myself of such a service. Either I would have the gifts wrapped at a public location or I might be OK with having the wrapper come to my home.

You might offer this service to your friends and family members - see how it goes.

I am thinking about doing the same...but here in Canada. I believe the best would be making appointments and going to the people's house to wrap them there ( because I agree some people would be suspicious leaving their gifts in somebody else's home, plus if they do not have time to wrap their gifts, they will propably do not have time to drop the off). You would have to have a good selection of wrapping paper, boxes and ribbons ( maybe have some with you and also a catalogue from a wholesaler gift wrapping supplies to show them more options).
I just don't know how to charge for it...per gift? Hourly? And how much are people willign to pay? I saw a lady charging $ 5 per gift ( but people had to drop off)

You can see if you can make a deal with a few small local stores to offer this service for their customers.
