Ok, not really gonna cut his pay, but I sure so feel like it right about now, or cutting something of his, lol! And I have gained MAYBE 3 pounds. TOPS. I could take a good dump and drop that! (HAHA, j/k) What was he thinkin?

What is more important to you......your job, or getting even? Because if someone found that out you would be in big trouble, and they will because people always complain to a boss if they get paycut and ask why.

i hope you are kidding about the paycut. that's a REAL good way for you to be fired, and possibly serve some jail time. yes, he is a jerk, yes, it was uncalled for, but don't mess with his pay.
