when there is no definition between your calf and you ankle... ankles that are as thick as your calf....

You know.. its when your calve and your ankle blend in even making a cankle.. lol Dont you have those?

When your legs are so fat that your calves run into your ankles or hang over your ankles....thus, cankles.

on a heavy set person the calf runs into the ankle all one size, ie a canckle

it means your legs are -not to be mean- but so fat that your ankle and your leg just flow together...instead of having a break or a curve or something
if that makes sense.
