Has anyone heard of using a vinegar douche before sex to increase the chances of conceiving a girl? I've read that it immobalizes the male sperm making it much more favorable for the female sperm to reach the egg, especially if you do it 2-4 days before ovulation. I've also read though that it can be dangerous to make one and use it because it can cause infection. I saw someone post that you can buy premade vinegar and water douches from Walgreens, CVS Pharmacy or any other drug store and the follow FDA guide lines so they are very safe to use. Does anyone know if this actually works or has anyone tried it themselves?

NOOO!!! Please don't try it. Putting random cooking ingredients into your vagina is not a good way to get pregnant. Just let nature take it's course and if you are meant to have a girl then you will, and if you're meant to have a boy it'll be a boy. Just be happy with what you get, some people can't have either. good luck.

Its a great way to mess up your pH and make it hard or impossible for ANY sperm to get to the egg.

I wouldnt mess with it. You have the child you're supposed to have, just make it.
