I have a problem with my baby that is allergic to certain brands of pampers that has dye in the pamper, I tried using huggies but that brand has dye around the outside of the pamper and my baby broke out in a big rash, I've tried a couple of no name pampers that worked for my other children who were also allergic to pampers, the pamper that worked for them (a Superstore brand President's choice) They were majorly allergic to Pampers and Huggies I had the hardest time finding a pamper that worked for them, but now with my third child who is 6 months old I am having a hard time finding a pamper that works for him I just tried Pampers Swaddlers on him which is working because there is no dye at all around the legs or any area that touches the skin, but the problem is Swaddlers only goes up to size 2, I don't know of any other brand that is over size two that doesn't have any dye around the legs. I've tried the president's choice on him and he is really allergic to it?? Any suggestions??

Thanks for the sugguestions. Sorry I meant Diapers, not to confuse anyone with the Pampers brand, I haven't seen Swaddlers in Size 3 in any of the stores I've been to, I've never tried the Walmart brand, I've probably tried everything except that one on my other children, if not I will have to use cloth as suggested. Thank You!

If your child is as sensitive as you say, you probably need to go with cloth. Find some cloth diapers that are made from organic cotton or hemp. Make sure you wash them in detergent that has no dyes or perfumes in them.

Cloth seems like a pain, but rashes are worse. Also, your child might in time grow out of this allergy, or it might even end up being worse. Don't chance that.

you mean diapers? pampers is a brand. try to get something without dye. things like this are really trial and error. maybe pamper's cruisers will work as well. they are just for babies that start to move around but the same brand.
ps pampers swaddler goes up to size 2-3 olr try cloth diapers

1-maybe he will not be as sensitive to teh dyes by the time he outgrows size 2.
2-use cloth-although if he is extremely sensitive that may pose a problem as well.
3-just hunt and search until you find the right kind for your baby, perhaps there are other moms you can get a diaper or two of different brands from instead of havign to buy entire packs.

My son is allergic to White Cloud diapers and he had big white blisters from them. I now use Parent's Choice (at Wal-mart in a yellow bag) and he has no more blisters or rash or anything. I also use those on my older son and he has no problem with them either. I highly suggest trying them. They also dont cost much. Its a win-win situation GOOD LUCK!!

gentle is for infants who like yours...are carriers to breakouts with specific diapers or wipes. i've got by no skill had a undertaking with toddler Dry, yet any huggie's diapers makes my daughter pink on her areas. I in simple terms positioned a splash desitin on and he or she's effective.
