My neighbor has 2 small girls (ones almost 3, the other almost 1). She's on welfare and her boyfriends beats her at least once a week. She;s not even aloud togo anywhere. She lets her baby cry for hours on end. And to top it all off, she's pregnant again.
Abortion or no abortion. What would you do?

I've tried everything I could to help this women. I've called CPS, and the police, yet she still has her kids and she's still with. And for the people who dont belive that this is a lie, I invite you to come a see for yourself.

She should have the baby and put it up for adoption.
Hopefully she can stay off crack and booze while she is pregnant. For those who say abortion is better than having unwanted babies, let me say this: There is such a shortage of unwanted babies in America, that we are bringing them in from other countries! Just ask Madonna and Angelina Jolie.
There is no excuse for aborting a baby.

Ultimately it is the womans decision on who she's with but those kids shouldn't have to be dealing with it (I am at the moment trying to save my sister-in-laws kids from the same kind of situation) It is very hard as the authorities apparently don't have enough staff to act on mine and my family's concerns and so these kids are still living in an environment where their parents are violent drug addicts and they never get to leave the dirty house. I'm not sure that aborting the child she is pregnant with is the right decision-but on the other hand if he beats the mother then the child is being hurt to and that could lead to many other problems. That is a difficult question to answer. Sorry it's not more precise.

sadly its hard to tell a woman thats in an abusive relationship anything for the simple fact that she may think that she is in "love" with the abuser. she has put her kids in a shyt load of danger just for him beating her while she is pregnant and with the other babies around. i really cant say if she should have an abortion or not because there are some people out there that will say that she should. i, on the other hand do not believe in abortions and i dont think that she should send her kids to cps because there is an equal amount of danger in the system just as it is out. all in all, the kids cant win for losing.

I would say she needs someone to call the cops the next time her boyfriend beats her, but the too many kids and trapped in the house thing sounds like a side effect of her boyfriend being abusive, not her poor choices. Abusive partners will often use pregnancy to trap the other party, and as she's gotten into the bad cycle of letting someone else restrict her freedom, until she can escape it, she'll probably be a depressed, bad parent.

If I was the neighbor I would pray that god provides a peaceful solution that does not involve anyone (boyfriend or baby) being killed. I would try to find a new place to live ie. friends or family. If I was on welfare I would try to get Section 8 and some help with childcare so I can get a job.
If I was you I would pray for the same thing!

I think abortion is a sin and there are plenty of women out there who cant have children at all who would love the heck out of a child. They would see it as a gift. So i think her best bet would be to give her baby up maybe to someone she knows who would allow her time to get herself together and then let her get her child back. But she would really regret Aborting a baby that never harm a soul>>>>

Why would you even ask such a loaded question? This seems like one of those situations where you are going to try to trick people into answering what you want to hear. The fact is, if your neighbor (and I highly doubt your story is even true) is being beaten, then there are people to help her. If her kids are being neglected, then YOU are responsible for calling the authorities since you know about the situation. The child she is carrying shouldn't have to DIE just because it's mother has turned her life into the Jerry Springer Show.

Its according to what one's stance is on abortion. Its sounds like she needs to give all her kids away. So, I think she should have the baby and then give them all up for adoption or let a well-off family member take care of the kids until she is ready and willing to take care of them.

Do you see her boyfriend beating her up. If you do then call the police and then they would take him out of the house and she can put charges on him. She need to leave him soon has possible it not safe for her and her other two children that she has now. If you see want he does to her then call the police NOW!!! She needs to call police has well.

Let me just say this. My mom used to be in that EXACT same position only a little worse, she had four kids. You know what she did? She left my scumbag of a father and you should encourage her to leave him and tell her to go somewhere safe. Or you should call the authorities.
