I am bleeding and considered it my period because of the amount of blood even though we have been trying to conceive. Could it possibly be implantation bleeding or some other form of early pregnancy bleeding? Should I test? if yes then when?

If you're bleeding and its the regular time for your period then you can assume you're not pregnant.

If its in the middle of your cycle, wait until you're late and see if it was implantation bleeding.

Iam in your boat right now. Iam only 25 days into a 38 day cycle and iam bleeding a little for some strange reason.

Well, if you're bleeding heavy or somewhat normal -- enough to wear a tampon or pad, I would say this is your period. For a pregnant woman to bleed this much would be considered a miscarriage. Implantation bleeding is not that heavy and is only seen usually when a woman wipes or she will stain a panties a little bit. Plus, implantation bleeding occurs in only a small percentage of women.

If it's more than just slight spotting, then it's most likely your period.
