Don't forget Kitty's boyfriend, Colossus. When in his organic metal form, he gets taller and heavier. Another one I could think of would probably be Mr. Fantastic when he changes his body state. Maybe Mercury of the New X-Men and her team mate Dust.

Not sure if Iceman counts, though and he's come a long way since day one. I am amazed that he's mastered his power to the point where he can reassemble himself as long as there is moisture in the air.

Plastic man when he changes shape.

I know that there might be a few more but I can't recall everyone. Most of the characters I know of come from Marvel comics anyway since I prefer Marvel.

I'm just going to toss one in that nobody's mentioned (probably because nobody but me remembers him.) This was the Ghost, from Tower Comics. He was a villain that faced the Thunder Agents (yes, the classic heroes drawn by Wally Wood!)

Ghost stole a protoype belt that could enable his to control his density so that he could walk through walls and rob locked bank vaults, etc.

He made a fool out of Dynamo for a whiile, since he could slip through walls while Dynamo had to punch them down to get where he wanted to go. And, even if our hero caught up to the bad guy, how could he catch him? What jail cell could hold him?

What Ghost didn't realize was that the circuit that kept him from sinking through the floor was on a separrate battery from the circuit that let him walk through walls. That battery wore out first.

So he started sinking though the floor while he was dematerialized! Dynamo tried to rescue him, but he couldn't get a grip on the guy. So he sank down to the molten center of the Earth. Next best thing to Hell, for a bad guy, eh...?
