It depends on the position. If it is a management position I would wear a nice suit, not too much jewelry, (girl) hair pulled back in low ponytail. If it is for a part-time or sales person position I would probably wear nice kahki pants and a collared shirt.

A big bear suit. That'll get you the job. Seriously though just wear something nice. Not like you're going to a wedding, but keep it clean.

I say wear something nice but make sure you are comfortable in it you do not want to be too hot or too cold , or too binding. Like I said make sure it wears nicely so you can focus more on the interviewer. Remember dress for sucess.
