It depends on each person. But if your leg is twitching you should cut your daily intake in half and see what happens.
Personally, one sip is too much; I start shaking. I cannot even drink tea, I feel pressure on my chest. Fortunately I do not like the taste so it makes it easy to avoid.
I knew someone who was drinking 10 cups a day and he stopped cold turkey because his hands were too shaky for drawing. Believe or not, it took him three weeks for his hands to stop shaking.

I did that the other day. I had two venti coffees, tripple shot, three mountain dews, and a coke. By my last class, my hands were shaking so hard I couldn't hold a pencil, and my friend said that my eye was twitching. I think that I had a little too much. Next time, I'll forget the coke and stop at two mountain dews.

When you can't keep yourself still then it's time to cut the caffeine out and let your body get rid of some of the caffeine that's in your system.

LOL ........ 80mg is enough to throw you into cardiac arrest, hypothetically. I had 80+ with only severe chest pains though. LOL *sighs* AND the sudden urge to run around my room then scrub the floor ROFL. ♥
[ i have these awesome little espresso shots that are 40mg each lol, but even with several cups of coffee a day, by itself, just coffee alone and no extras, there's not enough caffine in them to OD; but depending on how your body handles caffine, you may have angina after only a few cups. idk.] ♥
But, i'd say when you feel like scrubbing the loo at 2am.... erm, you've had enough coffee LOL. ♥

Love your new picture darling
Grab a pen and sign your name on the nearest piece of paper. If you can not do this because your hands are shaking so badly, it is time to slow down!

I think that if one is too unsteady to type, or to maneuver the computer mouse, that is too much caffeine.
