One testicle is more than enough to make babies. Don't worry. It can not be replaced but if it looks odd, they can put a surgical implant in to make it look more even.
Don't be depressed, it really isn't that bad. The other testicle works so don't worry.

You probably have nothing to worry about as far as fertility goes but have more of a chance of testicular Cancer.
Have a very near relative born with one testicle.
He went for a sperm count and the doctor's almost exact words were: "You are better than Superman with only one testicle!"
His wife was already pregnant when he went for the test but they were unaware of it.
You will find there is a woman who accepts you, no matter what.
This man was worried for nothing also. Got married at age 30. He thought, he'd be made fun of.
If you want to see how fertile you are, get a test done and you'll know.
Much future success to you!

Can only be corrected if the other testicle is retained in the body. However it should not affect the fertility. Make sure you get checked out as a retained testicle can cause problems later on.
Don't be depressed for goodness sake--you are 28 years old and not firing blanks. Go out and enjoy yourself.

I doesn't affect fertility by much considering millions of sperm are made at a time and it only takes one to fertilize an egg. If the testicle was surgically removed for whatever reason, they make prosthetic testicles that can be implanted for a more "natural" feeling if that is important to you. Cheer up!

there's no reason to do anything to a man with only one testicle unless he happens to be yrou man, in which case you can love him, have sex with him, make babies with him and doo all the normal things you can do with a guy who has two testicles. Well, except hold one in each hand maybe.
having one testicle is not a disease ro problem; it is merely a fact. possibly the result of an injury or other problem resulting in one being removed.
so, it isn't in need of correction. nor is there any problem with him producing enough sperm to make babies. The only problem seems to be in your having misconceptions about his ability to conceive.
though if he wants to look and feel like a guy with two, he can consult with his doctor about an implant.

You can get implants, just like women would get breast implants. There's a link below about the implants and the surgery.
As for the fertility question, as long as the one is healthy, I don't think it should have much of an impact except that you would only be producing half as many.

Depends.. One testicle is all you need if it is the one produicing sperm.. If you want a fake one put in to even out your scrotum, that possibility is out there.. Go to a fertility clinin and get tested.. Don't sweat it.
