there is a medicine to postpone menstrual periods ie NORLET-N, but is there any medicine by which they get preponed? how to pre-pone the periods?

i don't think so but i now that yaz lets you have shorter ones..... like only 3 days.

i have a suggestion (not an answer or solution),
use oral contraceptive for a week and stop.
in a couple of days you should be(?) on course.
so time it correctly, timing is everything.

ive never heard of dat.......eat heaty things like jaggery and papaya everyday.....u will get them 5 days ealier at max..
