The emergency brake shoes are located inside the "drum" part of the rear rotors. You need to remove the rear rotors and if you are familiar with doing drum brakes it should be easy. Just make sure you adjust the adjuster correctly so there is no drag and the wheel spins freely with the e-brake off.
