I think I am having one of those days today....and it feels like a strange experience. I always thought that when things start off badly, they usually get worse. But then....I *am* an Eeyore after all.

Yes I had. Sometimes we just need to slow down a little to "change gears". The best self-help book I ever read is called The Power of Now, it is a great book and it talks about how we are NEVER focus in the present moment. After reading this book I always try to be present in the "right here, right now". It works wonders! ♥

Yes, that happens to me from time to time too. I always regard it as a gift since it does happen so seldom.
