the last time i got a lot of roses (24) was 11/9/06. the day my baby was born. my husband said that he needed to go home and take a shower and rest, and i thought he was the biggest ***hole in the history of ever, but then about 30 minutes later he came back, unshowered and looking just as tired as i was with this huge bouquet of roses and stuffed animals for the baby. it was so sweet. he gets me roses for birthdays, etc...but this was really special. by the way, that was so sweet of your husband :)

my husband gave me a dozen pink roses about 2 months ago outta the blue. I was tickled! We have been together for 4.5 years total and he'd never given me flowers b4 so it was an awesome surprise! :)
AWE! I just read the answer where the guy came back to the hospital for roses for her after she had the baby, super sweet! My dad did that, showed back up flowers for my mom and with a rose for me when I was a new baby and said "no dumbass teenage boy is giving my daughter her first rose!" so priceless!

I had a date give me a rose about 5 or 6 years ago.

i got a rose, from my husband on october the 14en it was our wedding-aniverssary and i give a rose to my daughter on october the 20th it was her baby shower. so can i ask what were the ocassition for your rose! no i don't think it's want ia'm thinking, any way peace out!

i love flowers and roses its so romantic realy.last year my room was almost full of roses and this year i had only one bouquet.but it was really nice.

My brother-in-law's funeral, kept a rose off the casket.
