NO, work means work. As a manager, I would probably terminate most of you on here right NOW!!! Just joking. I am this kind of boss, I know that employees are going to goof off. I tend to look the other way as long as your work is completed and of a superior quality. Just don't let me catch you emailing your co-workers and telling them what an a--hole you think I am.

No, I don't..if my work is done or caught up for the day..I leave or help out in another department..
That's stealing when you are not doing what you're paid to do...time is money..and if you put forth, you just might make more for the boss..and be more likely to get a raise ..

it's not the expectation that bother me, I have no problem not meeting their expectations
it is when they start yelling at me when I say I am not working on the project right now because my contacts have questions that are unanswered.
I mean, I accept, I am not doing my job, but why the yelling? It makes it so hard to concentrate...

Dang they have their nerves depriving you of following your daily routine , if I had a mind I'd march right over there and give them what for . Unfortunately I'm from my baby cousin's , sisters side of the family and am not known for having a mind : )

DAMN RIGHT! There is nothing I hate more than having to actually WORK while I am at work. As a matter of fact my boss is in my office talking to me as I am writing this...LOL....told you I hate to work!

yeah i have to tell my boss to back the feck off i have to answer these questions or i will never get ahead. i mean come on if i don't answer to all my dirty emails my stalkers will lose nterest.
