Ok, I'm thin, but for some odd I have love handles on my back. I guess it must be because I have high and wide hips.
How can I get rid of them and have a smooth and straight back ?
Are there back exercises ?

Isolation training does not work. You have to do total body strengthening and toning. You may just want to try walking or running either outside or on a treadmill and throw in a few crunches. Truth be told, even when you're thin if you have "flabby areas" it means you need to lose some weight. Unfortunately, we cannot choose where our body chooses to store our excess weight. Try reducing your portion sizes just a smidge. What will happen, is u will lose weight all over, but as you're walking and toning, it will redistribute more evenly.

Hmm... the only thing i can think of would be squatting and pulling yourself up by your lower back.
