Define "frequently". Most guys I've known will do it 2-5 times a week. If he is compelled to do it like several times a day, and it's interfering with his normal daily life, then it's definitely not "normal".

well, sound like his wife don't want to whack willy often enough. some men does that rather cheat on his wife and its normal. But what is not normal for a wife refuse having sex with him even if it a quickie. She doesn't have the rights to be mad at him if she catch him whacking willy until he cough! I feel that it's normal! Hell, your friend should be happy that her husband pleases himself than go out and cheat. Sometimes man does that when he can't have sex with his woman or he just horny and want a quick one off!
