sweetie you know they never read the stupid appeals. once they reinstated my answer and then suspended me for the answer. wtf?

The best thing to do is appeal them. Copy and paste the question that was violated and tell them that you aren't sure why this violates the tos or whatnot and then send it to them. You won't get in trouble for doing that. If anything they will send you a reply stating that they will look into the matter and then eventually they will send you another reply in which point you can appeal the violation. Good luck. It's tough to get these people to overturn anything.

It won't get you in more trouble because I don't think a human actually reads it. You'll just get back a canned response pointing you to the terms of service. Any further requests for clarification will just be ignored.

well just like with the answer wqe give on our questions I think that the more serious that you can be the better chances are that they will give you your credit. I have been awarded my points back more than once..but I was serious with them I would say send another one and explain that you were just so upset over the fact that you dont want to be held responsible for your actions

I appealed one and had it removed was soooo long ago my first acct actually. It was valid but written in a bitchy manner I was very surprised when I got an apology from yahoo and my points given back. The acct was suspended soon after. They hate me now.
