Fiskars makes the ones that come in the largest variety and last the longest. They have wavy and decorative edged ones and they also have ones that you can change the blades. I've purchased the cheap ones and because I use mine a lot I've found they neither last as long nor can they handle thick upholstery fabric.

Give the 10 to Sensible, although Dremel, being a brand name is sold in multiple Knock Offs. Roto Zip is as functional but more specific in that it isn't as "Flexible" in uses it can be applied to. It functions more like a router. Both are excellent for Crafty endeavors.

Dremels work well for light work. If you are going to be using it for hard materials, I would recommend a Roto-zip with the accessories.
