who will be three months traveling by car from SAn Diego to Rosarito.

Rosarito is maybe 30 miles from downtown San Diego...you aren't going to be flying! Assuming you are comfortable with driving to Rosarito and have purchased Mexican auto insurance I can't see any reason why you wouldn't do the drive with a baby. Just make sure you are compliant with new documentation rules for re-entering the U.S., especially note new rules for documents you'll need for your baby.

Oh, and don't drink anything but bottled water..no ice cubes.

And try to avoid crossing back to the US in times of heavy traffic (morning and evening rush hours.)

Rosarito is not very far from San Diego, but I, personally, would not take an infant through the TJ traffic.

can you take an airplane? traveling by car with a 3 month old might be hard. Newborn babies aren't fit to travel that far & will be uncomfortable.
