You need to run the search, Owen's Quick release released him early, and the rigging was tangled, it was a pre-show test run, lights were low and seats were starting to fill.
Owen fell into ring post, the only pictures were given to the Hart family, never to be released, but Vince did show in the PPV Owen's Ambulance exiting, kayfabed to be another Wrestlers Ambulance ride!

I watched this happen. It was in KC. He was doing a stunt and was going to "fly" down from the rafters, but the harness broke.
It was awful.

Bit of a tasteless question don't you think? He was doing a zip line and the rope broke, he hit his head on the ring post and he died.

no he released himself to early and fell and hit the turnbuckle and died....SO SAD....

i dont think he did it on purpose.......his rope broke and he hit his upper body on the turnbucle
