I agree with you. The team looks as if they've been playing together for years. The team had 17 assists in the first half yesterday. They scored 77 on a really good Denver team in one half. KG is already looking like an MVP candidate, but then again, so is Paul Pierce. Paul has never had these type of people around him, I'm telling you right now, this will be a GREAT year for Paul Pierce.
They will be tested, but I believe they can pass all the tests.
They will win at least 50 games this year, and will be the #1 team in the EAST.
Eddie House will be great for them. He will be their unsung hero this year. You will get what you expect from the big three, but House will be a HUGE factor late in the season.

They look solid this year with KG, Ray Ray, and Pierce but it's still early. Barring and injury they should get homecourt advantage in the East. They have been playing well together but I think they're trying to prove that they're just not another team with too many all-stars. See what happens after the AS break.

anybody with a decent squad in the east has a good at making the finals. i think the celtics will and it is not because of garnett. it is because of ray allen! last year he was really injured and on a poor team so people forgot about ray allen but hes healthy this year and hes still the best in not the second best pure shooter in the game. and with garnett in the post allen is going to get alot of opportunities to shine and he will be the celtics leading scorer now that hes healthy :D

They have really looked great so far this year. One thing we have to watch is how P. Pierce gets affected by being the number 2? They seem to be gelling right now, but it's still early. You never know though, they have the talent to stay this good and can easily beat out the East. (Go KG, u deserve a ring!!)

I think they look good. The bench is really stepping up. However, they're still not that deep. It's pretty early in the season, but they're something of a favorite for the Eastern Conference champions in my book. Doubtful they'll win everything though.

The Trio of Doom (for other clubs) is very, very impressive. But with little bench strength I am interested to see how this is going to play out over 82 games and the playoffs. You may be looking at a club with 60-plus wins in the regular season, but loses in the second round of the playoffs due to little petrol left in the tank.
