Laproscopy and hysteroscopy, what is the difference?

3 years ago I had a laproscopy done. In a few weeks I am having a hysteroscopy. What is the difference in the two?

Laparoscopy looks into the abdomen. Hysteroscopy looks into the uterus. You can have a laparoscopy and not be looking into the uterus but into something specific in the abdominal cavity
