This just recently happened to me. I went three months without a period. Took many pregnancy tests--all negative. Turns out, my period stopped because of all the stress in my life. I had just moved, started a new job, changed my sleeping schedule, tight with money...etc. However, I did go to the doctor, and you need to also. While most likely it's nothing serious, it could be anything from stress, to a metabolic disease, to a tumor. Chances are, the doctor will prescribe you Provera to start your period again, take blood work, do a pelvic exam, and possibly prescribe you birth control to regulate your period. I hope this helps!

Have you had sex? If you have, you COULD be pregnant.

If not, how old are you? It could be that you are new to the menstrual flow and you just need a few years for you to regulate.

Are you on any birth control?

More info needed. Namely, age, when you first started, if you have had sex, if you are using contraceptives (and what brand you are using if any), etc.

See your MD. Are you exercising heavily? weight loss? These can cause your periods to be suppressed. Need to see the MD about this.
