Isn't it pretty clear? They want you to write an essay explaining why you want to go to Kean University -- rather than some other school.
Do a Google or Yahoo! search on "college admissions essays"
There are lots of good sites that give you advice about how to structure your admissions essays. This is a common question -- so you should be able to see the kinds of things that schools want to hear.

Well if you don't understand that it is asking you why you want to go to school there, perhaps you really aren't ready for higher education.
