Negative ghost rider! There is no way for one person to cause another to have a heart attack without having poisoned them! Lifestyle and eating habits play a much bigger role than stress. And what about those who have not been affected by heart attack themselves or any close to them?

Absolutely. I think "heart attack" in this case means the ability to "stir things up" and so would view someone who had one more negatively than one who caused one.
