Those are some of the most classic, beautiful and timeless names I have heard on here in a long time! Yay! That makes me very happy.
I think that Charlotte Elizabeth Williams is absolutely stunning. I love it, and I would use it if I were you! I also love Ellen and Lillian, though I prefer Adela to Adeline.

I love Charlotte Elizabeth! I'm Katherine Elizabeth, and my great-aunt was Charlotte Melba. Charlotte Isobel is my second choice for a girl name.
Lillian is cute, but your other options are much nicer.
Ellen -People are going to say this one's stuffy, but I like it too. I don't like it with Elizabeth, though. I'd save Ellen for a second girl.
Adeline is very cute, but I love Adelaide about a zillion times more. Adelaide Elizabeth. So cute!
Here's some names on my short list, we have very similar taste in names. I know Elizabeth is set in stone, I'm just sharing:
Daphne Margaret
Georgia Rosalie
Lucinda Ophelia
Louisa Denise
Ivy Genevieve
Harper Zinnia
Amelia Scarlett
But I still love Charlotte Elizabeth Williams.

My name's Charlotte :)
I'm an 80's baby, and I feel so fortunate that my name isn't Ashley, Brittany, or Jessica.
It sounds silly, but my name makes me feel classy
When I introduce myself 9/10 of the time I immediately get complimented on my name.
I think Charlotte Elizabeth Williams is beautiful
Mine's Charlotte May..I think that has a nice ring as well

Charlotte Elizabeth is a lovely, timeless choice. ;) Adeline Elizabeth would be a close second (love both, but prefer Charlotte with Elizabeth).
I wouldn't personally use Ellen Elizabeth, the two being so obviously similar, or Lillian Elizabeth, since Lily is a known nickname FOR Elizabeth, stemming from the Lilibet(h) pet form. ;)
Others along those lines might include Adele, Adela, Adelia, Ada, Eloise, Eleanor, Margaret, Helen, Helena, Scarlett, Lilith, Mary, Alice, Adelaide or Aveline.
Hope that helps.

I think Charlotte Elizabeth is a very feminine, pretty name. I've always had a fondness for both names, and appreciate traditional names (other than Mildred...that one, I can forget)... lol
Adeline is also very pretty...I would consider it when choosing names. Either way, good luck with your search.
