Do you really believe that they did not have intercourse??? Please! He "banged" her in every position. Excuse my french.
And yes non penetrative sex is the same as sex with intercourse. Lesbians do not have penises to penetrate they use everything else. Does it mean we are not having proper sex? Ignorant people seem to think so and the target audience of Clinton with this big lie. When you share something intimate with somebody and if you are naked in any way and the outcome is well, a stain on a dress to put it nicely it's still sex.
Don't get me wrong I love Clinton I want him back on the white house. I just hate that he had to submit himself to a 2000 version of the scarlet letter to obtain the “support” of the puritans in America, whom are completely hypocritical on my part. He was an awesome president, a horny awesome president who let me down when he told this hideous lie. Be a man stand up for yourself and admit your mistakes. What? And he purjured himself to the grand jury. Therefore every person since then that has been jailed/fined for purjury should be relieved based on that.
Lets say that "petting/foreplay/pretend" was all they did..lets say it was between a person of power and an underling in any other situation...or that it was uninvited...we would have strung up the person of power for attempted rape/sexual misconduct/ sexual harrassment.
If we were romantically involved with this "man" and he did this with another woman...most women would be talking to a lawyer because he cheated on them..the fact that he did it in OUR whitehouse on Easter morning while conducting the countries business with his wife and daughter in the building is beyonnnnnnnnnnd disgusting!

Honestly who cares. Almost every president has had affairs in the White House and its their personal life.
BTW ... technically if Clinton had sex I didnt have intercourse with that woman instead of I didnt have sexual relations with that woman then he would of been telling the truth. Intercourse is defined as the penetration of a womans sexual organs (her vagina) ... so giving head is considered outercourse

Apparently so. Bill was using the teenage girl definition of sex when he denied having sex "with that woman..." Girls think that giving oral sex to a boy or having the boy insert something other than his penis inside of her "isn't really sex," but as far as being unfaithful to Hillary is concerned (or as far as the teenage girl's reputation is concerned), it's close enough.
