Can my song be released on two record labels?
how does it work? do songs get signed aswell as the artist or isit all with one label?
Am i able to sign for 2 record labels please help
it will be released digitally?

Hun, if you are unsure of the legalities of this whole thing... remember that you should always have a lawyer to back you up to make sure that you are not signing your life away. Alot of artists will just sign a contract to get their music out with out realizing the fine print. Talk to a lawyer and make sure that YOU are the one benifiting from your music... it is your heart and soul in it right? Good luck hun in your career. I would love to hear some of your music too. I enjoy supporting up and comming bands. :)

What do you need a record label for? In this day and age of Myspace and internet, record labels are a dying dinosaur - and they KNOW it, based upon their shrieks about Limewire and such.

You cannot be signed wit two labels releasing the same material. You'd have to give up one contract. That's why you make sure what you sign for is what you want.
